See the history of this endeavor HERE. 2013 THE Gypsy Nurse CARAVAN GROUP I would like to say a huge Thank You to Carla Moore, for her idea regarding building The Gypsy Nurse Caravan Group via Facebook.  I hadn’t even considered the potential of facebook groups for building a supportive network for travel nurses.  A second Thank You goes out to all of the ‘Gypsy’s’ that have joined the Caravan.  Your interaction, support to others and involvement has made the Caravan a huge success.  With only 2 months in existence and just over 300 members, I have already witnessed some new relationships develop and strangers meet.  The vision of a nationwide network of Travel nurses is in the making. It’s very exciting for me to be a part of this. If you are not a part of The Gypsy Nurse Caravan, I would strongly suggest that you join.  Via the Caravan group you will find: A supportive network of Travel Nurses. Information on Staffing Agencies from those working for them. Assistance and advice on Locations, Contracts, Activities. A centralized location to promote activities, events, meet-up’s for Travel Nurses ….much more! Look how we’ve grown in only 7 months!! Spreading the word of these resources in order to […]
